MDS Enterprise Services IT Security Awareness Initiative


 The Enterprise Services - Information Technology team is implementing a single email system that all staff will use.  The email system is commonly referred to as Microsoft Outlook and staff will have email accounts that end in @mdsinc.com.  This system will bring everyone into the same email environment so that you can share calendars and send emails within the company’s network.   

The new e-mail client - Microsoft Outlook 2003 - will introduce you to a few new features that will make your e-mail experience more productive and more secure. But unless we know how to use those features and actively start using them, we will not be able to take advantage of them. 

We have complied a list of some frequently asked questions regarding this security and productivity enhancement features and tried to answer them in this page. The questions are listed on the left pane of this page and when you click on this questions, you will be guided to the corresponding answer. 

Each answer is accompanied by an animated screenshot that will help you understand it in a visual way. Each of these animated screenshots are accompanied by a play control bar that you can use to play the animations, pause, stop or replay.
